We partner with assisted living communities, memory care programs, and families to strengthen care environments; helping organizations stabilize operations, support staff, and improve the daily lives of older adults. Our work is practical, experience-driven, and centered on dignity, safety, and meaningful connection.
Founded by seasoned senior care leadership, De La Sol brings real-world perspective to complex challenges. Our guidance is shaped by years of hands-on experience in assisted living administration, memory care program development, behavioral support, and family advocacy. We understand the realities of senior living because we’ve lived them.
Our perspective is also shaped by a deep family legacy in residential care. As a third-generation care provider, our founder was raised within the day-to-day realities of senior living, with family roots in residential care services in San Joaquin County. This multigenerational experience informs a practical, grounded understanding of both the operational demands and the human responsibility inherent in caring for older adults.
At the heart of our work is the belief that care should never be reduced to tasks or policies alone. Through consulting, training, and program development, we help care teams create environments where residents feel seen, supported, and valued every day.
